Healthy Eating Workshops for Organisations
I am really passionate about healthy eating that is yummy, fun and varied. As a working mum with two children, I know it is not easy to cook from scratch, provide a wide variety of meals that pleases everyone and is budget friendly so I have developed workshops that can be run as one off workshops, summer holiday schools, after school clubs or as part of a service user’s support plan.
All the recipes I use are from the children’s cookery book I have published called Cooking Together: Step by Step Guide to Yummy, Healthy and Fun Recipes with a percentage of the proceeds going to Women’s Aid.
Healthy Eating Workshops for Schools, Children’s Charities and Holiday Camps
Healthy eating can be boring, expensive and children don’t always want to try new food. You find yourself hearing the same messages again and again.
I have published a children’s cookery book called Cooking Together: Step by Step Guide to Yummy, Healthy and Fun Recipes where all the recipes have been shared by women who were affected by domestic abuse with a percentage of the proceeds going to Women’s Aid.
Based on my children’s cookery book I provide one off workshops as well as programmes that can be run as part of a summer school/camp or after school club which are fun, interactive and educational for either children or mums and children.
