As a parent or carer do you need help with:-

· Knowing what is a healthy and balanced diet especially for under 5 year olds

· Providing your child with a healthy diet

· Cooking for yourself and your family on a budget

· Finding time to cook

· Managing to fit easy and quick exercise into your everyday life

Come along and join in with my FREE healthy eating class which looks at:-

· Creating healthy habits

· Healthy snacks and lunchbox ideas

· Eating together

· Confident cooking and making food fun

· Time management with a young family

· Communication skills with young children

The classes will be held at Harefield Children’s Centre,

High Street, Harefield, Uxbridge UB9 6BT.

Starting on Friday 11^th June 2010 9.30am – 11.30am

Please note this is a 6 week course (every Friday) and includes free refreshments and a FREE crèche.
