· Providing your child with a healthy diet

· Cooking for yourself and your family on a budget

· Finding time to cook

· Managing to fit easy and quick exercise into your everyday life

Come along and join in with my FREE healthy eating class which looks at:-

· Creating healthy habits

· You don’t have to cook

· Eating together

· Confident cooking

· Time management with a young family,

· Communication skills with young children

Starting on Wednesday 12th May 2010 9.30am – 11.00am

Please note this is a 6 week course (every Wednesday, excluding 2nd June half-term) and includes free refreshments and a FREE crèche.
